Snake Eyes Posted September 2, 2009 Posted September 2, 2009 Opinions?I thought Warpaint was their best but they've really outdone themselves... again. One of the few bands as big as they are that in my opinion continue to progress in a better way with each new record. Great how creative they are even after all this time. Haven't heard Until The Freeze yet but it promises to be the most varied thing they've released yet. Highly recommend this one. Quote
Marky Posted September 2, 2009 Posted September 2, 2009 I've not got it yet, only heard I Ain't Hiding when I saw them at Brixton, thought it was a tad dull. Quote
Snake Eyes Posted September 2, 2009 Author Posted September 2, 2009 I've not got it yet, only heard I Ain't Hiding when I saw them at Brixton, thought it was a tad dull. It's nothing like the rest of the record - rest is anything but dull, no song sounds like the other. You'll know from Good Morning Captain it's great. Quote
Marky Posted September 2, 2009 Posted September 2, 2009 I must say I do like the idea of a one part CD, one part download, almost like they're embracing the modern world, but helping to keep physical purcahses alive And the live recording in front of fans thing is brilliant too. Quote
Shuffle Posted September 2, 2009 Posted September 2, 2009 It's a surprisingly good album. I thought Warpaint was a disappointment but this ones really good. Quote
GUNSNROSES513 Posted September 2, 2009 Posted September 2, 2009 Its the best they have put out yet. I love Marc and Eddie but Adam and Luthers feel and input is really noticed now. They sound like a tight band. Very organic and natural sounding. I love Southern Harmony and it might be my favorite record ever but them one is right next to it. I hope this line up stays. Quote
