I think someone just assumed it based on the video Slash posted of them approaching Luxor and Mandalay complexes. Delano is upscale second tower at Mandalay. But he stopped filming before you could really tell where they were going. It looked to me like they had just gotten onto the Strip. For all we know they went all the way down to Wynn or something after he stopped filming, lol. And yes, Eddie Trunk will do a meet-and-greet at the Delano bar.
