Hey guys, just got back to Kentucky, me my wife and friend and his wife went to Hamilton, I had business in Toledo, so I convinced my wife that it would be a oppurtunity to travel to Niagra Falls, and I could squeeze in GnR. Great show, we traveled round trip around 1400 miles by car, never been to Hamilton, this is a cool story, we started off by going to the honest lawyer, didn't meet anybody from the forum, we just ate and went on our way. When i purchased tickets. I got them from stubhub, they were section 123 row 5, i knew they were good seats but had no idea how good, my friend and his wife were showing us the way, and when we got to the seats, they had closed the first 4 rows so we were front row practiclly on stage. we got to shake hands with just about everybody, Bach, DJ, and the man Axl his self. my wife was not a big gnr fan, she likes them okay, but the first time we shook hands with Bach ahe missed his hand and she was pissed we were. so later when Axl came over I had got her closer and Axl grabbed her had. she was so exited she still talking about it. we are in our 30's upper, 3 kids and we dont see to much excitment, but that was a great expereince even for my wife and friends, she's always on my case about gnr i watch all the shows on here have for years, dont post much but keep up with whats going on, hope they come to the states will see them as long as they tour, DJ is the Man, they are all great. And as far as the mistakes thats what a live show is about to . Almost forgot, we got the toast at the end of the show.

Oh, and Axl pitched his mic into the crowd at the end of this show! It quit working during paradise so he just threw it away!! lol i just remembered that

He always does that.

Doesn´t he uses to send security men to recover it ??

I've only heard a story about that happening once in '06, and if I remember people here called BS.

Hey Guys, I'm a new member who stumbled upon this site scouring the net for vids from the show on Sunday. I want to appologize to anyone on the floor about 15 people back, centre stage. I was sooo hammered and there was a couple incidents of aggression towards me on Sunday...(luckily i had lots of freinds around). I had an amazing night, and if that dude is a member here who wore some of my Rum&Pepsi I'm SOO SORRY!

The show was amazing!

I think he usually does. I know on New years eve 92 I saw them in Tampa and he threw the mic at that concert, no security tried to take it back. Actually, at the end of a show when everyone is getting up, it would be hard to hunt down a mic out of all those people. Plus, Axl uses a standard Shure SM58 or Beta 58 with wireless adapter under $200 a pop so he probably doesn't sweat it too much when playing for 10K people or more....

Oh yes he's been doing this for years. Not at every show, but many times during UYI he did this. In some quality boots I have, you can hear the mic rotating in the air. I think they shut it off just before it hits the ground (or conks someone in the head).

I had a great time in Hamilton! The sound was great, the band played excellent nailing the tunes, the preshow and night before meetings at Honest Lawyer with forum members were awesome! The night before meeting Baz was cool just random.

Met the forum members who I would hook up with again through the week, great great people guns fans are :)

Met Axl , Beta, Del, Vanessa, Jarmo and alot of others after the show. Thank you guys very much for your hospitality, you are all wonderful people with giant hearts :)

The crowd could have been better sure but Hamilton sells alot of game machines so you get the picture... (not a dig I live here lol)

My wife attended this show as well, loved every second of it!
