That's what I figured too. And there were a couple of songs where he would have imagined MJ and Axl. There are a couple that would have been great with Axl.

I wonder if MJ was still alive, would he have approached him.

I couldn't see Axl doing any of the songs on Slash's album, they're to far from what Axl would want to do anyway.

I've heard people say he'd be good on Starlight, Back From Cali or even Doctor Alibi....I just can't see it. Either that, or my GnR sense is broken.
