gunsguy
Bumblefoot Twitter:I've seen a lot of good video posted on YouTube from the tours, thanks to all...! Have a favor to ask - anyone have original HQ footage they can send me? If so, THANK YOU, please upload it (sendspace, megaupload, yousendit, etc...) and email a download link to info@bumblefoot.com - thanks a lot! DOH! I should add... I watch YouTube vids in HD, download 'em using DownloadHelper for Firefox, but they're all MP4 or FLV and still pretty compressed. gnr-dave
Didn't the band pro shoot all of the shows? You would think he could ask Axl for one.

highvoltage
Didn't the band pro shoot all of the shows? You would think he could ask Axl for one.BBF has always said that he likes this sort of stuff for his personal archives... sometimes audience shot stuff is cooler to watch than pro-shot stuff too. This is just dumb.Another brilliant contribution. mrbradeli
Any chance this is for an band produced video of Better? I'm not too sure about this, but I remember reading that the video for Better was a compilation of live footage from different tours, so this doesn't seem to impossible... ITW 2012
What about the stuff from the Rose Bar? That's the highest quality stuff I've seen online. When I was on the floor in Toronto I noticed security was really quick to jump on anyone who had their cameras out. Maybe they should rethink the camera policy if they want HD vids shot by the fans. Brings a whole new intensity to the experience.

Beastie Boys did the same and made some sort of live show compilation. Think outside the box.Although, if any footage was used a waiver would likely be signed by anyone contributing. LLL
Ritchie Blackmore (guitarist Deep Purple, Rainbow, Blackmore's Night) once said something like: "People send me all this stuff they have of me, rare videos, audio, album covers...I never knew what to do with them...maybe wank to them in my own self-worship altar?". In fact, the man stared right into my camera a couple of times and didn't even care. Security outside, on the other hand, were total assholes. Maybe Axl cares, maybe he doesn't, but they aren't going to take any chances. I actually have a picture I took in 06 in Everett where you can actually see Axl looking into my camera, nothing happened.
ThinkAboutYou
Simple solution is the band hires someone experienced at shooting videoleave the video footage to professionals (then release the footage for everyone to enjoy) Edited May 1, 2010 by ThinkAboutYou
