GunsNRevolvers2
Yep, I read this Boston smut blog daily, and news of GnR's shenanigans made it all the way here, insane, god forbid any news travels this far if they put on a killer show (Belfast)...The commenter's on here just slay GnR...even "in their prime" some of them sayhttp://boston.barstoolsports.com/random-thoughts/gnr-concert-doesnt-go-well-in-ireland/At least the actual Blog post says Axl can "still bring it" Edited September 4, 2010 by GunsNRevolvers2
GnRFL
They insinuate that he walked off the stage because he was booed, it fails to mention more bottles of piss started flying after the crowd was already warned. Or the fact he came back on to finish the show. Nothing like an agenda to get in the way of the truth ! Edited September 4, 2010 by GnRFL

Their reputation is being tarnished worldwide by a pack of lies made up by people that have clearly just heard random bits and pieces of stories from different sources AND THEYRE GETTING AWAY WITH IT! I really think GnR need to come out and say something to set the record straight soon otherwise its gonna be all over. And not by Twitter or Facebook status, somebody needs to get out to a credible radio station, magazine or even newspaper and just tell it how it actually is/was! And not by Twitter or Facebook status, somebody needs to get out to a credible radio station, magazine or even newspaper and just tell it how it actually is/was!There are two disasters here. There's the disaster about the band showing up late and everything that happened. And then there's the disaster of the people Axl pays to keep thingsunder control just not doing their jobs. None of the people he employs, such as that woman Beta, have come out and made any kind of statement or offered an apology. It's simple PR that if you do something bad and leave a news vacuum, it will be filled by other people. Just look at what happened to BP (I know they were at fault. They also compounded thedisaster with bad publicity though)
ManetsBR
You think this blog twisted the facts? After a radio reporting in Canada that due to the late, the crowd at Rio destroyed the stage, I'm not impressed anymore. That's simply the way the media is regarding Guns N' Roses. People will believe anything thats written anywhere or will at least repeat it to somebody else that will take it as gospel and so it goes on and on. Its sad really but thats life! dalsh327
He's in the news for all the wrong reasons. As far as the whole "Axl's always been this way", there's also a few things from back in the day I'm sure he doesn't want dredged up.
jnamc
I don't blame anyone for not wanting to have shit thrown at them. Am I in the minority? It seems to happen more frequently outside of the US for some reason. I did however see it happen at a Manson concert about 12 years ago. He had a lighter thrown on stage and it hit Twiggy. Manson left the stage and then came back about 10 minutes later. He started playing again and asked security to kick the guy out. As they pulled the guy over the guard rail just in front to the stage Manson yelled for them to stop. Manson had about 5 full bottles of water and just started drilling this dude off the head at about 2 feet away. It was classic. There are alot of things I have a difficult time defending, this however is not one of them. I bitch about Axl taking the stage late too, but at the end of the day everytime I see them I sitting there waiting. I still get a good return on my entertainment dollar.
