Vincent Vega
I think Axl turning this into like a Metal/Industry/Electronica danceable sort of thing with Pittman could be awesome:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ShApZws_d0AImagine Axl's raspy vocals and him dueting with himself with his different voices, some really chunky BBF rhythm with a very subtle acoustic underlay, a duelling Ashba, BBF solo with Pittman soloing on keyboards against them and Frank banging those drums hard, or maybe more Gaga-ish drums interlaid with a subtle conga beat. Little sound effects here and there as well. They could turn the end into a long, epic mesh of guitars, melodic solos, Axl growls, effects and keyboards--The ending would be like the coda of "Can't You Hear Me Knockin"--a very jam sort of feel. But it'd be serious, somehow sinister yet fun.Think Shackler's meets Oh My God meets My World, but even better and more fucked up. willow ufgood
if it was the UYL days when Axl had the ruff sound I would have gone with : take a load off Fannie by The Weight
Spazz
I'd have to go with Janis Joplins "Down on Me".Axl for sure could relate to the lyrics. There is plenty of good guitar parts that rock. I'd love to see what they could do with itand what a heavier version would sound like.It wasn't an over played song of hers making it new for younger fans but still recognizable for older ones. And of course the trademark screams. Black Sabbath
Hey, I think this same thread was made 15 other times. But regardless, I wouldn't want Axl to cover Sussudio. Possibly Turn It On Again, Land Of Confusion or Take Me Home.
