star
If Axl likes working with BF, DJ, Frank etc....then why don't they release a live DVD / Blu-ray ?

ITW 2012
Official unreleased Tour documentaries:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fM6dMfJhM20The music over top of that first video reminds me of a credit card commercial. I was half expecting to hear "Visa, everywhere in the world that you want to be." at the end of it.

star
If they've been pro shooting the gigs, there must be plans to use the footage?
Bumble's Bridge Pickup
If they've been pro shooting the gigs, there must be plans to use the footage?Or then not, remember we are talking about Axl here, for all we know, the proshot gigs could have been shot just for his private enjoyment lol

Spirit
If they've been pro shooting the gigs, there must be plans to use the footage? Not so sure if most of it was ever intended for any sort of release. For the most part the camera crews are primarily there to shoot for the video screens, not always automatically transferable to release a superb looking DVD/bluray with the source material.I would assume if they intend to shoot and release a concert, the video production team would be quite biggger with more cameras shooting overview shots, not just close ups. I don't know exactly how many camera men there are usually at the concerts, but I haven't seen any large camera crane/booms for instance.
Scaramouche
I think they have been using mainly 4 camera men. One on each side, one in front of the drums, and one in the back zooming in on the front. They can have been shooting for a video with only 4, as they film from every angle. But normally I think most bands would've used more people. Anyway, it would be awesome if they release a live dvd, this tour have been too good to not publish
