Unless they re-arrange Chinese Democracy (the song), this is fake, no way this can be the 4th track, it's either the 1st one or the last 1.

i'm 99% sure this is or was fake.

It was one of 100000000 fake covers/setlists/release dates that floated around the internet in 2004-2007.

Was it? It's kind of surprising if this surfaced before the actual album since the typo/colours are the same as the actual album...

I was thinking the same thing!!! Are we ever going to have the full chinese democracy story??? I'm sure they played with and re-arranged everything a million times before the final product was released. I actually like "IF" as the song title instead of "IF THE WORLD"

If you look at the date (2007 on the print) Street Of Dreams was still called The Blues at that moment in time. Everything makes sense!!!

Would it be safe to say that Thyme, Atlas Shrugged, Ides Of March, Seven and The General are actually finished tracks?

Of course. You could paint an imagery scenario of Axl having things ALMOST ready for release back in 2008, but still choosing among wich songs to release.

Maybe, in the end, the "wrong" album with the "wrong" songs got forced out on the market, and hence Axl´s silence on the Chinese Democracy-topic.

But this is pure speculation....pure speculation.

Interesting. I feel the whole release was rushed. (as crazy as that sounds) Spelling errors is hint #1 at that theory. The lyrics in Rock Band 2 are much more accurate that the album booklet.

Oh yes.

Indeed was the release "rushed", even though only in Axl´s world. It was pushed out on the market by management/the label, and Axl did not have the absolute final saying about it.

And that is probably good. If it hadn´t been "pushed" out, we would probably still be waiting for it. He needs to be pushed to get things out of his ass.

But as you say, all the typos and shit was a bummer...=/
