All this time I thought Bumblefoot was two different people.

Fail.

What, you thought there was a guy named "Bumble" and a guy named "Foot"?

I think he meant he thought that in '06, that Finck was Bumble, and that he changed his look a bit in '09-present and thought it was all Bumble. So he's saying that when he thought of Bumblefoot, he now knows that he thought Bumble was two different people

Axl sounds great in that clip i do miss this lineup with Finck, dont care what anyone says he was/is far cooler and a much better player than fucking DJ Ashtray

While I like DJ and think he fits really well with Guns, I must agree: Robin was just great in this band. I will always prefer him over Ashba.

I do feel like DJ was an appropriate pick to replace Robin, at least as far as performing live. Maybe he will write great songs with Axl, just have to wait and see.

I just fucking love Finck as a guitar player.

That is correct. However the other post made me laugh.

I was never much of a Finck fan. I thought he really came into his own though on the 2006 tour, finally won me over, and then left. That's the second time he quit the band. I don't miss him at all, I'd much rather just have some stability in the group which has developed an amazing chemistry. Stop replacing members and start releasing albums!

Yep, I was just kidding.

However, I think we still can separate him in two entities: "Bumblefoot" and "the Beard" :drevil:

Fink was totally unsuitable for GNR so was Buckethead. Thats not to say I dont think they are both awesome, its just they are both very complicated artsy people who maybe dont want to play the older music all the time and get frustrated when new music takes so long to happen. I think they want to push boundaries and put their stamp on GNR.

The current lineup seem to be more traditional rock guys who are happy drinking Jager out on the road and having a good time. I love that attitude aswell and I think those guys are probably a better fit for how GNR operates now.
