Well I'm goin with my girl so two tix and rooms and everything else gets very expensive.

Fuck I hate being poor lol I'm already spendin some of my lifesavings just for this show

But on a happier note where the fuck is the party at man

I don't know yet, but I'd imagine somewhere in the Showboat itself. I just haven't really done any research yet.

Got my tix yesterday as well.

I would love to have a few drinks before, but I am worried about my place in line. Did not pay 250 a ticket to be in the second row! Plus I am not sure how I would be able to use the bathroom after drinking while on the rail or in line. For Wilkes-Barre I did not drink anything for like 10 hours in line because of the bathroom situation!

Taking a bus from NY, get in about 3:30pm. Taking a bus back at 9:45am so I'm gonna try and pull an all-nighter, anyone up for post-show party/drinks? :P

Oh, and I'm taking a bus back from NY to Toronto 7pm later the same day.

Wish me luck.

The area around it at night is...I would say less than safe. It's not extremely dangerous. But, it's very seedy. The Showboat/House of Blues is at the end of the AC strip, away from the other casinos. You'll pass a lot of pawn shops, check cashing places, XXX theaters, strip clubs, stuff like that along the way. As for parking, I remember there being an outside parking area, but couldn't tell you if you had to pay or not. It's not really confusing to drive, since it's one straight shot down the strip.

The venue is nice, albeit small. When I saw Motorhead there last year, the balcony seats were closed off, so it was all floor. There's really not a bad place to stand, as the view is decent from anywhere. Security wise, I didn't see too many people getting kicked out for using their phones to take pics or videos. There weren't too many of them around me that night, from what I remember.

Everyone keep your ears open as far as where the band is going after, if anywhere. I'd be a huge fan of just being able to say whats up to DJ, Bumble, Richard, Dizzy, Tommy. And it seems most bars around that area are open til 4. There is also a 24 hour place in Bally's. So they are bound to be partying somewhere.
