wasted
Quite a good record. Monarchy of Roses is interesting lyrically. Everything's toned down but there's a freshness to the record that wasn't on Stadium. Klinghoeffer does a nice job. First side is solid. Even You Brutus and Dance, Dance, Dance are good tracks. Towelie
I think it's a decent and consistant record. Monarchy of Roses, Look Around, Police Station and Rain Dance Maggie are my favourites from the album. I do miss Frusciante's guitar licks, but as long as there is Flea and Anthony they will always have that RHCP sound. wasted
I like Even U Brutus. The white and red for monarchy of roses. His lyrics are trippy. Need Irish person to explain. I feel like the songs are more powerful without too much guitar histrionics.
Cosmo
Nice album. Favorites are Goodbye Hooray, Raindance Maggie and Look Around. But Stadium Arcadium's still my favorite.
wasted
Blood sugar prob my favorite but Stadium was good for the poolside cocktails.I like this new one though. I like how he tells stories like the early albums.

RandallFlagg
I like Klinghoffer, subtle but awesome. Monarchy of Roses, Factory of Faith, Brendan's Death Song and Annie Wants A Baby are cool, Kiedis doesn't seem like he's made too much of a jump vocal wise but it's nice and has a lot of energy. Good to see Flea reaching out and taking some of the responsibility too.

wasted
Subtle but awesome sums it up. There some interesting solos and soundscapes plus the cute funky stuff. those two Benny and the Jets tracks lighten things up.

Georgy Zhukov
Brendan's Death Song is pretty epic. That one is my favorite. Josh brings back the less is more guitar that John abandoned with SA.Dani California will always remind me of the shock when i walked into my cousins friend changing out of her bikini. wasted
I spent a few weeks in jacuzzi listening to SA so it made sense in that setting. but for everyday life By the WAy or IWU seems to work for me.
Georgy Zhukov
SA is a nice album to chill too involving water, alcohol and girls
wasted
it's a beach album. I'm with You seems medieval. Keidis is like a knight in shining armor on this album.
Georgy Zhukov
Flea became the new musical direction.
wasted
I always thought of him as the lead guitarist. slappin da bass mon. As bands go on it seems like the lead singer has to step up and bare his soul.
Georgy Zhukov
Definitley. John was the rythmn. Anthony really matured as a songwriter, which goes without saying because he use to sing about sex. He really improved as a singer too. wasted
there's some of those elements but from Blood Sugar they had a variety of material. Breaking Girl is a classic. But on the same album there was Sir Psycho Sexy or whatever ever it was called. I think they could do another Yertle the Turle next.

RandallFlagg
That screeching guitar on Factory of Faith is amazing, at first couple listens I was like WTF is this guy doing? But it made sense over time. Everyone should check out the record he made with Fru.
