I don`t feel insulted that Axl won`t play with the old band. It shows alot that he will even be there. He doesn`t owe me a damn thing. We really don`t know what really happened between him and Slash, but we should (most won`t) try to respect that. It is like asking a divorce couple who has moved on already, to go out one more time. For the sake of the kids. Get over it! I have respect for all versions of Guns and have accepted that a reunion will never happen! I hope after the HOF the people that are holding on finally let go.

Maybe I am. Maybe it's just wishful thinking. But I do think that this should be taken with a grain of salt until Slash or Duff (or Axl) says something about it. For any other normal band, I'd jump to the conclusion that everyone else has, but this has never been a simple, ordinary band (unfortunately).

I'd just be happy to see them in the same room speaking civilly, personally, but a performance would be bitchin', and I understand the disappointment. I don't think anybody should be patronized for being a tad too optimistic and consequentially getting disappointed.

Up until that point, only a handful of people had heard that material. And that's including the songs played during the erratic touring up until that point. Now after CD is released they start out by playing almost the entire cd in japan! Trust me CD is what is being promoted right now by the band, as it is still gaining popularity amongst fans. That is the reality of it.

Well that is a shame. But that is the reality of it. Of course I live in Canada and it is available...I could be going out on a limb here but isn't the US the place where all these horrible singles are coming from. Where trashy commercial artists outsell real ones! The US is a horrible standard for music atm.

Very disappointing to hear, but I still have hope that as it gets closer or maybe even the day of knowing how Axl operates they will decide to play. It makes sense that there is not collaboration, due to the nature of their relationship, of putting together an agenda of songs, to give the fans what they want. Perhaps nothing is being announced on purpose and when they get up there, theyll say lets rock jungle SCOM and paradise then head their separate ways.........
