Ronnie is the best there ever was, and the best there ever will be. His voice was just perfect for everything. I feel so fortunate I got to see him live 4 times, and even after traveling all over the world for Maiden, Ronnie/Heaven And Hell still hold up against them as one of the best live acts I've seen.

I think this is the most fitting tribute anyone has ever done for Dio. I admit, I don't like people covering Rainbow/Sabbath/Dio, because frankly no one has the voice to do Dio justice. No one except Joey Belladonna, that is. His voice is just absolutely perfect to cover Dio, I can't get enough of it. Just last night, Joey played me a bit of the track he's been recording for this high profile Dio tribute album thats in the works, and if I didn't know better I'd have sworn it was actually Dio!

He does a hell of a job on everything Dio! Here's a couple more videos of him doing Dio, these weren't his best night vocally and this was the first they'd played Holy Diver in almost 2 years, but I think you'll get the idea. This is his cover band that I'm always going to see, this is how I've gotten to know him so well.
