Graeme
Can't believe it's been two years... I remember being so hopeful that he would pull through. It was still an absolute pleasure and an honour to have heard him sing live. Rest in Peace, Ronnie.

Powerage5
Ronnie is the best there ever was, and the best there ever will be. His voice was just perfect for everything. I feel so fortunate I got to see him live 4 times, and even after traveling all over the world for Maiden, Ronnie/Heaven And Hell still hold up against them as one of the best live acts I've seen.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3HseDwc9vggI think this is the most fitting tribute anyone has ever done for Dio. I admit, I don't like people covering Rainbow/Sabbath/Dio, because frankly no one has the voice to do Dio justice. No one except Joey Belladonna, that is. His voice is just absolutely perfect to cover Dio, I can't get enough of it. Just last night, Joey played me a bit of the track he's been recording for this high profile Dio tribute album thats in the works, and if I didn't know better I'd have sworn it was actually Dio! Here's a couple more videos of him doing Dio, these weren't his best night vocally and this was the first they'd played Holy Diver in almost 2 years, but I think you'll get the idea. This is his cover band that I'm always going to see, this is how I've gotten to know him so well.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GMNeEQYYMsAhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E5FkEOSWt8c&feature=relmfu Edited May 17, 2012 by Powerage5
