Also imo it adds to the concert as tensions build with people getting pissed that the band is not on yet then once the band come on they all go mental and its forgotten about.Yeah exactly. I think most of us will agree it's rude and unnecessary to be late - that's not really the debate here. It's the fact he's been doing this for a long time - even BEFORE he was famous, so it's basically a given that he's not going to change now. I can't believe the people coming to the shows and genuinly shocked that the show isn't starting on time! (not taking about innocent casuals here) The people last night were ridiclious about it too. And it's still about 10 minutes earlier than when I saw them in LA in December (according to the local time), so it seems fairly consistent. My show fell within the scheduled stage time apparently. Like I keep saying, it's not really the time the show starts but rather the wait between sets. Anything more than an hour gets excessive.
