I've known a few girls who stole stuff from house parties when they were shitfaced and then returned them the next day, awkwardly... although it was usually trivial stuff, not $200,000 worth of jewelry. Axl should be happy they were safely returned, because the chances of that happening were quite slim all things considered. A lot of people out there probably would have kept them.
