Freaka
Maybe it's because it was pouring and it's outdoors?
Spirit
Same case for the first night in London right? But since this was an outside show, they probably had to wrap it up a little earlier. They had the earliest start time of the tour so far - before 10. Edited June 8, 2012 by Spirit

Cosmo
Since they were actually on early by their standards this time, they should've played at least the full setlist, IMO.

MarlaHooch
4 CD songs in a row with Tommy and Dizzy solos sandwiched in the middle = one patient audience!I'd be just fine with it. An average concert goer? I wouldn't blame them for being a little annoyed right around the 3rd minute of "Baba O'Riley".I don't know, Better and Shacklers always seem to get great reception from the audience.Anyone who goes to a GnR concert and doesn't appreciate the privilege that is Shackler's does not deserve to be there... For me personally, those are the songs I go to see Axl and Co. perform these days. Shackler's and Better were definitely the highlights of the L.A. shows for me because to my eyes and ears at least it really shows how well the new band gels. For some reason I'm also convinced BBF's back hurts slightly less while ripping that Shackler's solo so hearing it makes me happy! For an average concert goer, sorry, but anyone who pays the cost of admission "deserves to be there" so long as they're not throwing shit or hurting anybody. I'm just saying, I could understand if the audience were to get frustrated at that point in the show. It's not a complaint because it doesn't affect me and it wouldn't bother me personally. It's an empathetic observation. I have lots of friends who like GN'R and like the CD material, but even they'd get a little restless after that long of a stretch without any more well-known material put in between. That said, wow! The show started during daylight! Cheers folks! Edited June 9, 2012 by MarlaHooch

RocketQueenGNR
Just got back home. Meet&greet with Dizzy, Frank, DJ and Ron.Show was great but shorter.DJ took us to the afterparty with him, Ron, Tommy. Del and Jarmo where there too.He told us Axl was still there, so we waited. Axl came out, but they let him only sign 4 things (we were with 15 people or something) but he was very friendly and cool! At least I touched and thanked him. No pictures together and no signature but sooooooo happy....

Calcy
This gig reminds me very much of my first GN'R gig - Dublin at the RDS Arena in 2006. Band were on time - about half 8 or so (I think) and left with a one song encore about 10.45. Again outdoor gig and started in sunlight!!Think reason for that early start wasn't to do with curfew (although may have some impact) but because Axl had a flight to get to go over to UK for F1 related party that night. Rock n Roll!
RNRS
Just listened to the show, Axl was in a poor mood, complaining about the rain, complaining about the fact that they can't get shows in Germany booked, complaining about the slippery stage. When will the man ever grow a pair? Edited June 9, 2012 by RNRS

He apologised for not running around during the heavy rain and smiled the whole show.I was there - You apparantly not.
