It's about a dude and the story of how he was born siamese, only the thing he was stucked too weren't a twin but this fucked up lookin' fuckin thing. Anyway, they're seperated at birth and the little monster thing is somehow recovered and this dude goes around with the little monster in a basket, feeding him burgers and crap...if my memory serves me correctly they go looking for the doctor that seperated them to go fuck him up.
