wasted
I think more of the same really. A scatter shot of different styles.
Randy Lahey
I think he would have gone Neil Young and left Nirvana.
wasted
Gone solo maybe. That was the big decision. And he seemed so crushed by these types of things. He probably felt bad about it. How could he sell out Chris and grolsch.

droezle
What do you suppose Kurt Cobain would have done after In Utero? He would be the manager of a gun store.
FatFreddysCat
Since he hated being so famous he probably would've broken up Nirvana, gone home and done a whole lot of nothing for a couple of years, then got rid of Courtney Love, got himself straight, and he'd be doing solo acoustic shows on the coffeehouse circuit now. He'd probably be a lot happier too. Edited July 17, 2012 by FatFreddysCat
Vincent Vega
He'd probably have done some acoustic work with Michael Stipe at some point. He was almost obsessed with the album Automatic for the People, was listenin to it when he died I've read, and I've heard he wanted to do something like that. Cosmo
He'd either break up Nirvana and disappear, eventually releasing independent solo albums or just kept Nirvana in a decadent way.
RandallFlagg
I remember Stipe saying Kurt had ambitions for a more acoustic/mellow/stringy kinda deal, maybe like the chilled parts of In Utero and the unplugged delivery, Kurt had a heck of a lot more to give and I'm sure the newer stuff would've shed a lot of the bandwagon fans he couldn't stand. dalsh327
He wouldn't have given up Nirvana altogether, but I think he would've been doing a lot of other things that interested him more. Have to remember he liked doing art, too, prob. would've produced and directed some films.
Forsaken
Maybe a few more Nirvana albums, followed by a solo stint if not vice versa. I knew Cobain was working on some sort of solo album before he offed himself. Either way, it would've been more good music.
