Johnny Drama
Looks shite. Seinfeld the show was funny but Seinfeld the character was like the fucking Vincent Chase of his show. Main character; boring as shit by himself and in comparison to everyone else on the show.

Main character; boring as shit by himself and in comparison to everyone else on the show.Larry David and Jerry were a great team, and I think 8 seasons of Curb prove why Seinfeld was a success. Neither one has to work, but I think Larry wanted to do things that he wouldn't have been able to do on Seinfeld. Curb prob. sells as many DVDs as Seinfeld did. I think Jerry and Ray Romano played the "straight man" on their shows for a reason. Standup comedians tend to be observers, a few like Pryor and Kinison, weren't. Vincent Chase was pretty much about Mark Wahlberg's rise in Hollywood. When you consider how old Jerry was when he started Seinfeld, he was almost 40, and he was more or less playing out the life of a guy in his mid-late 20s, starting out in comedy. inthisriver
Just finished watching the first episode. It had some amusing bits but I feel like I've heard Jerry and Larry say all of this before.
