axlslash
AmEx presale tomorrow morning at 10am central time, parents are on it getting tickets. Love going to shows with my dad, and this will be my third Who show (they were my first real gig back in 02). Totally stoked!
dalsh327
Just saw a 40 minute interview via their official Twitter: They said they're not doing holograms of Moon and Entwistle, it was too gimmicky for them. Roger feels his voice is up to par right now, Pete's hearing is more or less ok. They're not sure about other dates, they want to take it a step at a time. Pete's pretty much done with his book and is writing music again. Unsure if it'll be solo or "The Two". They're not sure about festival shows. Maybe but unlikely. The second set is going to have changes. They might do Baba O'Reilly one night, Won't Get Fooled Again the next. They have something planned for the Olympics, but they're not calling it a medley. Expect surprises (odds are pretty good Eddie Vedder will show up, Dave Grohl and Chris Cornell will prob show up, they were at the Kennedy Center Honors.). Not sure about David Gilmour and Billy Idol, but I'm sure Pete will ask Dave if/when he plays London.
WhazUp
I got tickets for the Staples Center show here in LAI for one can't wait for this. Sure it is The Who minus two but it is still two of the greats and a solid album of work so I am really exited
