Look at Chris Brown drowning in Grammys after beating the tar out of Rihanna, or Vince Neil being successful with Crue despite having killed that dude from Hanoi Rocks. When a song comes on in the bar, or on the radio, it doesn't come with all the media sensationalism baggage. Musicians can be horrible people, but that doesn't make the music itself horrible.
