And once a month band of merchants will stop by their community to possibly trade goods. Like the giant tent city prisons. Give them a garden and potable water but that's it. The only exclusion to this act is if they're mentally handicapped. If they do have talent they're wasting it. You dont have to buy a ticket to see him perform live, you dont even have to give him money.
