HB3
1) Goku - Dragon Ball Z2) Shawn Spencer - Psych3) Homer Simpson - The Simpsons4) Barney Stinson - How I Met Your Mother5) Burton Guster - PsychYou're so close to having the perfect list! The first two are spot on. Take out Homer and move Barney to number three. Desmond Hume at number four and Christian Troy at number five. The last two are constantly changing though. SONOFABITCH
I might have to bump someone for Archie Bunker.
KBear
Kramer got a little too ridiculous. George was the best character on that show. Elaine is still hot in real life and she's like 50 now.I haven't seen too many shows to know who is and isn't the best. I guess I'd vote for Cartman, Archie Bunker, Larry David, Ali G, Rick Hunter, and Sam Malone.
