Not going to happen. What's really hilarious is that the "original line up" snobs can be as vocally condescending as they want to, as they have been for years. They'll never get what they want.

Niether will Bumblefoot so it goes both ways...

Elaborate?

Well Bumblefoot would like to record/create/release music with Axl, and I don't think that is going to happen. I am sure you would like that as well. I think all GNR fans both old and new would change a few things if they could.

It'll never happen.

They offered a lot of money before to get the old guys back together, but only money will not work in this case...

Exactly. Axl can't be bought. Slash is probably already in contact with these people.

There's a real possibility that you're right :(. Still, you don't seem me going 'round giving other people a hard time for it... And there's definitely more of a likelihood of that happening than an Appetite reunion.

Waste of money.

When you have $239 million, "waste of money" shouldn't exist on your vocabulary.

When you have $239 million you still don't have enough money to pay for a GN'R reunion, so it's a waste of money.

I believe more has been offered to them over the years.

More than 239 million has been offered before? I COMPLETELY doubt that.

Slash, the former lead guitarist of Guns N Roses, claims he has been offered hundreds of millions of dollars over the years to re-form the band with Axl Rose.

Who knows.

I saw the interview, that isn't what he said. He said he has been offered a lot but he didn't say hundreds, the interviewers inquired if it was that much and ran with it.

Meanwhile, Axl's counting his kaching from ripping off fans with a bogus official forum, meet n greets he's openly stated his distaste for, throwing the wellbeing of one of his "members" under the bus for $$$, milking appetite after trying to change focus to the nu band :rofl-lol: , hiring young and attractive models to act like they sweat the band, even though some of said models have admitted they've never even listened to the band before hand, and playing tacky wedding and casino gigs, you know, the definition of integrity to a t.

That being said, Axl's too much of a baby back bitch to admit defeat, and too stubborn to admit he needs Slash and co after they left him high and dry. Has nothing to do with self respect and integrity.

Hasn't Adler said there were offers for 100+ million for a reunion tour? That's an entire tour, not a one off show.

I'd explore the idea if I was in that dude's shoes. You've got 239M. If you invest it in anything halfway safe you and your family won't have to work again. If you can afford it, why not contact whomever and see what kind of figure you'd be looking at. If you could put that together and it cost you, say, 5M, why the hell not??? I don't think Axl would do it, but I'm sure he would think about it. Money talks, no matter anybody's situation in life. And that's a shitload of money!

And you'd still have puh-lenty for charity, also.

Complete bullshit, guess you forgot about the million dollars Axl received to play at a wedding. I would say he was bought.

232 not 239 ya marooooooooooon.

You ppl need to start getting ur facts straight.

But if I won that much money the last thing I would spend it on is something like this

Agreed. Slash himself said its not about the money, but then again, he never revealed any figures exactly. We truly don't know the exact amount offered for a reunion, but it'd be nice if this at least gets them talking about it.

If i won the money I'd make this offer too..knowing that it wouldn't happen so hey, the guy got his 15 minutes!
