Madison Square Garden. The Mecca.

It is the standard by which all other indoor venues compare themselves.

Before GNR was doing residencies in Las Vegas, they did 3 consecutive nights at Madison Square Garden in 1991 (all 3 nights sold out):

Their next stop to MSG was in 2002, for the final night of their world tour before it was cancelled. Axl would later admit that their show here went so well that it kept NewGNR together (sold out):

GNR's final show at MSG was in 2006 (sold out):

Do you think the current incarnation of GNR can sell out MSG again, let alone get booked there?

Would that second option reunion tour be with Bucket , Brain and Finck? Because we all know the AFD and UYI lineups will never, ever play together again.

I don't believe in any reunions, it is a reason why they are history, but I believe the current lineup, or a future new lineup, will play MSG again.

MSG is probably the only arena they can get a good crowd in the US so maybe

and it aint hard to sell out MSG, it is the most accessible arena/stadium in the world in terms of train stations that are in the basement and millions of people who can get there in an hour, people make a big deal out of selling out MSG but if you are a big band and dont sell out that place that is a problem

The only arenas (15000+ capacity) that Axl and whatever band he has should play (if he wants sell out or near sell out) are MSG, Chicago, LA and maybe a one off at MGM Grand. Oh- and South America (LOL).

The rest of any future US tours should be 3000-5000 capacity venues.

You would think that we all knew that. A few of the dimwitted ones still haven't realised it yet though. :shrugs:

How long can one be in denial?

As you say- News flash: "Everybody else here is just as clueless as you are."

News flash: Axl has stated on many occasions that there will never be a reunion.

I'm sorry that you're butthurt because I messed up your thinly veiled cupcake attempt of a thread, but running around threads making pointless posts like this isn't going to help anything.
