i think it's scandalous that his doctor went to jail for it. lets face it, all these celebs only go to these fuckin' big time doctors cuz they're basically script-happy quacks that they can get their drugs off of without the messy business of dealers, it ain't the doctors fault if the persons a pranny with drugs. only really annoys me cuz if i ever get famous this whole thing has ruined the fun now they'll probably clamp down on the ol' Dr Robertses of this world.

On your point on the doctor - he has/had a duty of care to patients, ergo he deserves to be locked up, that being said Michael Jackson was just as guilty himself, but a doctor shouldn't be doing that clandestine kinda shit.
