Freddie Mercury's Ghost
I'm kind of missing this time... the stage layout, axl's vocals and stage presence, bumblefoot playing without painSame here. It turned out to be Axl's swan song and we didn't even know it.It's like he was possessed by Use Your Illusion-era Axl.
Kapitch_77
Why are every guitar parts in this songs so depressing? (like most of the songs on CD actually...)
Bumble's Bridge Pickup
Why are every guitar parts in this songs so depressing? (like most of the songs on CD actually...)Because Axl composed the majority of themI find Bumble's Catcher solo quite joyous though it definitely shows that Brian May influence
Cosmo
Whoah that must be Axl's worst TWAT yet, at least the for first couple of minutes..

Bruno P.
The ending bit of this song at this one performance could very well be my favorite live GnR moment to date. The screams, the solo, the last screams and the solo working well at the same time, the improv at the ending...absolutely gorgeous. I've always wondered why a solo like Bucket's TWAT translates amazingly well live and Robin's TIL doesnt.
SONOFABITCH
Wow the beginning is hard to listen to. I never heard this before but something that probably could be addressed in a rehersal. Edited August 18, 2012 by SONOFABITCH

Tyler Drama
Wow, incredibly off key until the end of the first chorus. Never seen this happen to Axl before. It happens to everyone once in a while... You just can't find the correct melody. Beginning the second verse, he finally finds it.

Jordan Rose
Twat always sounds great live as far as the band goes and Axl almost nailed it on its first outing at Hammerstein in May 2006. But since then he's always struggled with those mid-range verses. He might have been ok with the 2002 clean-voice but when he's screeching his way through Jungle it's clearly hard for him to deliver those mid-range lines with power. Same goes for Prostitute. It's such a shame. One of the great songs and whilst we have a zillion great versions of Sorry and TIL which beat the album versions hands down we'll likely never hear great live vocals for Twat, Prostitute and Catcher. Estranged Reality
about a year and a half ago someone PM'd me a recording of TWAT from this show. they asked me not to pass it on because at that point the bootleg hadn't leaked, I guess, and they had recorded it themselves or something and didn't want it circulating. Not sure. I wasn't really following GN'R much back then but i heard the track back then, and i agree that the ending is great (it always is when they play it live). the beginning is messy though, yeah.i don't remember who PM'd me the song or why but i wonder if these are the same recordings and he's finally decided to release them. John Bonham
here. Wow. That's just terrible. And people say that 2010 is the Holy Grail of Axl's voice?
Damn_Smooth
here. Wow. That's just terrible. And people say that 2010 is the Holy Grail of Axl's voice? His most consistent voice? Yes. Maybe you'd know that if you didn't have your head shoved so far up Slash's ass. Maybe not. The world will never know. I am gonna go to your site and make an effort to get banned. Your stooges have tried and failed to do that here. Let's see if you have the same patience.
Freddie Mercury's Ghost
It looked like Axl was having monitor issues at the beginning of TWAT - if he can't hear himself, that's what happens.
