Why did it take until 2002 for Slash, Duff and Matt to be together in a band again?2) As far as you know, was there ever any consideration of having Gilby join Velvet Revolver before Dave Kushner got the job?3) Why did Dizzy side with Axl as far as you know? He played on Snakepit even though that probably pissed off Axl...What made him choose Axl's side rather than Slash?
