It is interesting how much these audiences seem to like them. They do not even understand the lyrics to this song “Juodaan viinaa”, but they still like it.

We can all sing at least the chorus part as it is a popular and well-written song from 1990.

This is how the audience was like in their home town Lahti:

Sao Paolo:

Wacken:

Zurich:

The original “Juodaan viinaa” (Let’s drink some booze): http://yle.fi/elavaarkisto/artikkelit/hector_juodaan_viinaa_31430.html#media=31431

Their version of a traditional melody (Hummani hei):

This is not just any karaoke song - you can sing in Finnish the way it was spoken already thousands of years ago

(the English translation below the video describes the topic, but an exact translation with the right kind old feel would require a pro translator with some knowledge of the old English).

I like the variety of instruments here, but not that much the way he is using his voice:

Both are awesome. The second is a well known melody, even in my country.

A bandl ike this is the absolute anti-thesis of the popular "american" pop and hiphop, and that's why they are popular in certain circles. Modern traditional european music. It's great.
