the_estranged1 Posted October 11, 2012 Posted October 11, 2012 Does the meet & greet with GNR take place before or after the show?
Damn_Smooth Posted October 11, 2012 Posted October 11, 2012 I haven't been to one, but I think that I remember reading that they occurred after the show on the last tour.
Dazey Posted October 11, 2012 Posted October 11, 2012 (edited) It's not GnR, it's Bumble and DJ in all likelihood. Edited October 11, 2012 by Dazey
ZoSoRose Posted October 11, 2012 Posted October 11, 2012 ive never done a GNR meet and greet but i have done one for Satriani and Slash. Both were before the show. Ive actually heard the same for GNR too
RonvanOs Posted October 11, 2012 Posted October 11, 2012 I was at the meet & Greet in Rotterdam and it was before the show
axlslash Posted October 11, 2012 Posted October 11, 2012 I think they're before show. Some folks I talked to at the UCAP shows said you got a choice between advance entry to get right up front and the meet and greet.
sascha Posted October 11, 2012 Posted October 11, 2012 I had one two years ago and it was after the show, don't how that is handled for Vegas now. You should ask the promoter or venue about it. You can also ask the security on location.

rock4eva Posted October 11, 2012 Posted October 11, 2012 So thats 4 before the show, 3 after & one during the opener. Hope that cleared up your question for you Everyone I know who went said it was before the show & then they are let into the venue first to get front row.

t-p-d-a Posted October 11, 2012 Posted October 11, 2012 (edited) i was vipi met DJ Ashba, Dizzy Reed, Frank Farrerrere and Ron Thal 30 Minutes before the entry!Meet N' Greet is only 10 Minutesrirst row inclusive! Edited October 11, 2012 by t-p-d-a

izzydoezit Posted October 11, 2012 Posted October 11, 2012 Do you get to meet "Select Members of Guns N' Roses?"
The Linguini Occurrence Posted October 11, 2012 Posted October 11, 2012 (edited) Meet N' Greet is only 10 Minutesrirst row inclusive! Please tell me you alone get 10 minutes with the bandmembers, not 10 minutes combined for everybody who bought a VIP package Edited October 11, 2012 by The Linguini Occurrence
axlrosefan4life Posted October 11, 2012 Posted October 11, 2012 The VIP packages are not advertising early entry. Hard rock is selling a exclusive VIP package for $120 which gets you a GA ticket/ $25 gambling chip/ and early entry
t-p-d-a Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 (edited) Meet N' Greet is only 10 Minutesrirst row inclusive! Please tell me you alone get 10 minutes with the bandmembers, not 10 minutes combined for everybody who bought a VIP package about 10 Minutes for everyone... This is dependent on how many VIPs are there.the meeting is about 1 hour before entry. The entire Meet N' Greet is 50 Minutes, so you have the chance get in the first row.Ok I do not know how it is in Las Vegas. I was VIP in Europe. Edited October 14, 2012 by t-p-d-a

When I was backstage in Europe two years ago, it was after the show and for free, about 10 guests in one big room, the guys dropped in one by one and we just hung out until about 4 in the morning, everyone had a chance to speak to them 1:1 and get an autograph or whatever, very easy going. From what I understand the paid VIP thing is more organized and accessable, you don't have to know someone or get invited, but whoever you meet and however you meet them you're in for a treat, they are great hosts and very nice people, nothing to worry about.
