Dan H.
I bought tickets in October for a show on December 21st.The ticket I got came the same week, and someone in my house accidentally threw it out. What are the chances of getting a replacement ticket? GivenToFly
They do in UK. I once had a show in a different town and I left my ticket at home and I got a replacement at the box office. I just had to bring the card I used to make the purchase with me and pay a small charge.
Zint
If you paid cash you might be screwed, if you can produce a credit card used for purchase you should be ok.I think they might only do it for assigned seats though, because they can reproduce a ticket for the same seat.Dunno about G/A/ tickets. Dan H.
Yeah, I paid with a card and the tickets are G/A.I don't see the problem with replacing a G/A ticket. I mean can't they cancel the code on the lost tickets, and reissue a new code?

I mean can't they cancel the code on the lost tickets, and reissue a new code? Most places in the U.S. scan the bar code on the tickets at entry so Tickemaster should replace the tickets. I got burned by a scalper last Stones tour on tickets that had been cancelled and they confiscated them at the door when I tried to enter but lucked out and got floor seats last minute for $60 from someone looking to unload extra tickets...give Ticketmaster a call........ Mansin Humanity
in my travels, i have found ticketmaster to be an extremely kind, caring, and personable company, so you should have no problem....wait
