PappyTron
If you were to put together a supergroup who would be in in, what music would they play and what would they be called? The only rule is that you can't have more than one member from each original band (so no Lennon and McCartney for example).Mine:Name - Hattie Jacques' Pretentious Cheese WogDrums - Phil CollinsBass - StingGuitars - PrinceSinger - Mick HucknallKeyboards - Ron MaelType of music - Funk Reggae with an electronica twistCollins is a great rock drummer who can turn his hand to anything and I see him and Sting putting down some tight and funky rifts which will cut nicely with Hucknall's powerful voice and Prince's cutting guitars. The dark man in the group is Ron Mael who is a great keyboardist (and mustache owner) and pioneer of electronic beats. Also, with Sting, Prince and Collins in the band there will never be a shortage of backing vocals.Thoughts?

Cosmo
Name: Andromeda Tidal WavesVocals: Damon AlbarnGuitar: John FruscianteBass: Adam ClaytonDrums: Taylor HawkinsType of Music: Imagine Gorillaz but completely organic, with John's clean guitars, Adam's shy bass and Taylor Hawkins's charisma. It's like the Chili Peppers meets Gorillaz. It'd be awesome.

Roush
Name: Six SigmaVocals: Me'Shell Ndegeocello (Solo)Bass: Robert Trujillo (Infectious F'n Grooves)Guitar: Buckethead (Duh)Viola: Christian Frederickson (Rachel's)Drums: Ahmir "Questlove" Thompson (The Roots)Keys: Kid Koala (Deltron 3030)Type of Music: Bloody Tops. This band would blow people's minds. I half-comprised 'em just because seeing them all together on stage would be big. Many of the band members contradict one another's styles. And I really dig Trujillo's work in the Infectious Grooves. He'd have to soften up -- for sure. But he, and Questlove would find a deep pocket with a really suave-ass groove. We've got Fredrickson (from Rachel's) on viola just to add in an element for rock. I've always wondered how bad ass a viola-rock group would sound. Throw in Me'Shell on vocals. Use Kid Koala for ambiance, and Bucket for guitar. Say what you want about him. He has a good ear for sounds. I'd want him to channel "Electric Tears".
Guest Len B'stard
Jimi Hendrix - GuitarKeith Moon - DrumsJah Wobble - BassNo vocals, all instrumental, onstage having pornographic images of totally clinical sexless images of female genitalia projected onto them while they just go off on their instruments as they please, with the only instruction of trying to maintain some backbone semblence of cohesion musically. Capped off with a painstakingly deliberate destruction of instruments, their name shall be The Last Band.
