Mods, if I sign in w my cell phone, than sign in on my laptop, is it possible that my cell is storing data, from when I make posts or recieve pm's?I joined about a month ago and that seems to be when my issue started, which is I keep getting alerts on my phone saying my data storage is full. This led me to have to reset my phone to factory settings

Certain android phones, notably for Virgin Mobile and I believe Boost Mobile, have a programming glitch for system logs. They sont have a limit to how large OS files can get and it will drain your phone's storage. My girlfriend has a Motorola from Virgin and there are no system ipdates through them to fix it. The only way to stop it from doing this, or delete the alog files is to root your phone. It's probably your phone, not the forum.

Hope you can get it resolved. Just to confirm, this is not something the forum could be doing.
