Randy Lahey Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 (edited) What do you think of the new Bon Jovi single? I like how he reinvented himself as a New Country artist. Edited January 30, 2013 by Randy Lahey Quote
wasted Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 havent't heard it. Is it part of an attainable album? Quote

The Real McCoy Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 It's better than anything on their last two albums. Quote
Randy Lahey Posted January 30, 2013 Author Posted January 30, 2013 I don't mind it. Bon Jovi is good at what he does. Quote

The Real McCoy Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 (edited) I don't mind it. Bon Jovi is good at what he does. They had a great run with Keep the Faith --> These Days --> Crush.Spotty since then, some good tracks here and there.I'm going to see them in a few weeks. Should be a fun show. Edited January 30, 2013 by The Real McCoy Quote
wasted Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 Wanted Dead or Alive form Young Guns is pretty classic. Quote

wasted Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 3:66 from the verdict...first impression "Is that Obama singing backing vocals?" Quote
The Real McCoy Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 As much as their '80s stuff is typical for the decade and it's fun, I much prefer them from "Keep the Faith" onwards. Quote
wasted Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 When Bon started dressing like Bono, that's where they started rocking. Have a nice day is so kick ass. Quote
Ragnar Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 Rubbish just like everything from Bon Corny Quote
wasted Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 There's two types of Bon Jovi songs, the ones that are full of heartfelt yearning and the ones that sound like he's taking a shit. Quote
Randy Lahey Posted January 30, 2013 Author Posted January 30, 2013 He's the hair metal equivalent of Bruce Springsteen. Quote
wasted Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 Axl needs a jump ship. Maybe just drop the Victoria secret models for the Ladies of the Burlesque. Quote
Randy Lahey Posted January 30, 2013 Author Posted January 30, 2013 He did that in 06 with the Suicide Girls. Quote
NicoRourke Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 (edited) They played a few promo shows for the upcoming release of the new album - they sound good actually! Edited January 30, 2013 by NicoRourke Quote
wasted Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 He did that in 06 with the Suicide Girls.Suicide Girls Motel sounds like the title of next album. Quote
JKKDARK Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 I didn't like it.But at least he's always making music, unlike Axl. Quote
izzygirl Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 The song is ok but I've heard better things. He's the hair metal equivalent of Bruce Springsteen.Just...no. Quote
jman2000 Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 I don't really like it that much. Compared to what some bands put out for new music, it ain't bad though. Country isn't really my thing but if it came on the radio i'd probably leave it on. Quote
Apollo Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 Rubbish just like everything from Bon CornyI see what you did there. You don't like him, so you made a funny insult out of his last name. Clever.Millions of people do like his music. He has been pretty successful since 1984 - so he must be doing something right. And, he treats his fans a million times better than Axl does. He interacts with his fans, gives tons of money to charity, puts out tons of music, music videos, dvds, etc. They are a fan-friendly band. These Days is a great song and album. Quote
Zeppelin Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 Haven't really enjoyed much from Bon Jovi after Have A Nice Day. Loved that album though. Quote
