My dad played Horses all the time when I grew up, she's one of his favorite artists. Same goes for The Jim Carroll Band. I heard his album Catholic Boy countless times when I was a kid. Pretty sure he just left the band yesterday but thats awesome man, I think they were one of the best of the more successful hardcore punk bands kicking around today but they're kind of in the middle of their decay, fuckin hate their new vocalist, that's the only song they've done with him i really like. Guest Len B'stard Posted February 21, 2013 Share Posted February 21, 2013 I weren't particularly a fan but i heard they've made a fairly big noise in the right circles, i didn't know they'd changed vocalist though, i'd heard of Frank Carter, he was in some newspaper with not too kind words to say about The Pistols, was he good then? Thats kind of surprising, I always thought they would have been a major infuence even though Gallow's music is a little more straight forward.
