The Last Episodes of Dexter (SPOILERS)

Okay so there's a Breaking Bad thread, so I thought I'd start a Dexter thread. What do you think is gonna happen? Debra has shown her loyalty to Dexter, but how long is that gonna last? How far will Dexter go to protect HIMSELF?

What is Dexter Morgan's fate?

Haven't had time to watch this season at all,n it pisses me off. Ive only seen the trailor.

Does Debra know what Dexter is doing now? Trailor shows him in a church killing someone when Debra walks in, did he lie his way out of it?

Also in the trailor it appeared he killed Laguerta, or that she was in eminent danger, can you say what happened to her? Never really cared for her.

And just one more question,sorry, is Doaks back in this season? Thought I heard he was but not sure. If so Dexter is screwed royally. I really need to make time to catch up.

Yes, Debra Knows what's going on. She figured it out and has mixed feelings about it, but I guess she loves her brother too much to turn her back on him I guess. He did lie and was holding on to that lie but she is a detective and she put the pieces together. Debra killed Laguerta. Dexter tried to make it seem like the guy Laguerta was trying to frame Dexter for Killing, killed her instead. Debra walked in on the whole thing and it was either kill the serial killer brother or the self righteous bitch. That was the ending.Debra kills Laguerta, a woman who doesn't fit "the code". Doakes was only back as flashbacks.

SO now that Debra has killed for Dexter, how far will she go to protect him? How far will he allow it? Do you think Dexter's gonna die, go to jail or just roam free?

Breaking Bad is great. I was annoyed by the hype it got until I watched it... It deserves the talk it gets.

Never got into Dexter though. My girlfriend is a fan (mostly because her parents and her siblings have been watching it from the beginning). I tried watching the first few episodes, and then some other episodes from other seasons but can't get into it. My dog is named Dexter, though.

Well what's rule number 1.....don't get caught. Debra has killed for him, so now she faces the same consequences. I can't see her killing again though because she doesn't have the same defect as Dexter, unless somehow she discovers her own " dark passenger".

Did Dexter tell her about the code and talk to her about his relationship with their father? Sounds like a great season, can't wait to see it.

I just watched the scene where Deb kills Laguerta. I found it ironic that all of what was happening was in a container box, like where Dexter was found by Harry as a child.

His addiction is killing so I don't think he will stop unless he is killed or kills himself. I think the latter is unlikely though, alot of serial killers get caught, so I guess thats another option like you said. Yeah,I think eventually he will be caught and executed, being that Florida has the death penalty. I really hope they continue with this series, it has alot of possibilities. Its my one of my favorites.

Yea he told her about the code. You should watch the season, it's great, the bad guy for this season was really good, almost as good as season 4.

The scene with Debra and Laguerta, where she goes and hugs Laguerta was unscripted, so it was even more emotional.

Dexter would kill himself before going to jail though. He's not your "average" serial killer, he has a lot of pride. He wouldn't want to go to jail, especially be around people that he helped put away.

I can't beleive he told her about the code, so crazy! I honestly can't imagine which direction their going to take the show. Especially, now that Debra knows. You got me real pumped to see it, can't wait.
