should axl sue vh1?

No, because most likely it had something to do with his team thats the reason it isn't being shown. Come on, you really think this cancellation relating to GNR stuff has NOTHING to do with them?! Either its a hilarious coincidence or its just not true. Axl and GNR's track record is way too blemished already to make it seem like this is 100% VH1's fault.

@GunsNRosesNews
VH1 included one damn song from @gunsnroses most recent album in their edited version of Live @ the O2.

@GunsNRosesNews
So in a nutshell VH1 edited @gunsnroses performance to old hits & then created a three hour 'special' of former members. Unacceptable.

He should sue them, that move will feed the tormented souls of some folks right here, they can bitch about it for months. And the good thing is he doesn't have to do anything, he will leave it to the lawyers and he simply will keep rockin' the world with the last rock show worth to watch.

I'm a bit concerned about Axl's legal team at this point especially following on from the Activision case. Shouldn't the contract have been watertight in the first place about what they could and couldn't show or do companies like VH1 or whoever owns it not give a shit about contracts?

I'm not sure, assuming there was an injustice, that another legal battle is a necessary distraction for Axl. Just cut all dealings with VH1.
