James Bond
I give major credit to Chuck for still going at it at what, 85 years old? Damn. Sure, he doesn't quite have the chops anymore but the guy is a living legend.
classicrawker
One musician I have never seen live and would love to see Chuck even at his advanced age...after reading a lot about him I bet old Chuck will require a nice fat envelope of Ben Franklin's be delivered to him before he steps on stage if he does make a guest appearance............ It pays for one appearance from Chuck. And I looked it up, he'll be 87 this year. Damn.
dalsh327
Axl might be at the show because Vanessa's there - DJ Tweeted that he's going "with friends". The Chuck Berry rumor sounds really cool, but Katy Perry is confirmed that she'll be performing. Edited May 12, 2013 by dalsh327
Powerage5
Sucks that the Chuck Berry rumor wasn't true, would've been cool to hear. Also, anyone else find it kind of odd that Katy Perry guested on the song that was voted on? That must mean they were planning on doing it before it won the vote...Vegas setlist:Get Off Of My CloudIt's Only Rock N' RollPaint It BlackGimme ShelterYou Got Me RockingBeast Of Burden (w/ Katy Perry)Emotional RescueAll Down The LineDoom And GloomOne More ShotHonky Tonk WomenBefore The Make Me RunHappyMidnight Rambler (w/ Mick Taylor)Miss YouStart Me UpTumbling DiceBrown SugarSympathy For The Devil---You Can't Always Get What You WantJumpin' Jack FlashSatisfaction

Now Axl singing that with Mick would have been epic! They've done Sympathy at every show this tour, so that's nothing new.I was actually wondering the other day though, maybe this is a long shot, but GN'R are in Buffalo on June 5th, and The Stones are in Toronto on the 6th. Would be cool if Axl guested on Dead Flowers at that gig
Zint
Axl singing would definitely be cool.If they are going to choose someone Canadian, it could be Colin James on a blues number, Little Red Rooster or something. If they are going to choose a flavour of the moment pop chick with spotty live vocals, it could well be that "Call Me Maybe" chick. Carly Rae whatever the fuck it is..

Black Sabbath
I doubt they'll get Carly Rae Jepson. I don't think she's been popular since the song came out and that was over 6 months ago. What if he gets Bieber

Black Sabbath
Son of a bitch! Oh well, at least I was lucky enough to get tickets for both Philly shows. If they release anymore $85 tickets for the DC show though I'll definitely try for them. Wouldn't hurt to add at third show, especially the last night of the tour
Powerage5
For the 5/25 show I can get a pair in section 117 for $230 each...gah, should I go for them or still take my chances and hold out hope on $85's so I can do both shows?
Black Sabbath
$85's are risky since they apparently go back up the day of the show? I'd say hold out until at least the weekend and see what prices are, but I still think it might be best to just nab the guaranteed seats that you can.
