classicrawker
Going to try for the $85 pot luck tickets for both Boston shows.....if I don't score it will be the first tour I miss since 75Unacceptable.Yeah I know but can't justify paying the crazy prices for shitty seats when I had 5th row for the Fenway opener for $150......I have been spoiled the last few tours with excellent seats....see the Stones last yearOk, you get a pass.If I can get some dirt cheap tickets the day before/of the gig, I'll do a Toronto show still. Last year I saw pairs of Newark tickets for like $115 and up the day before and day of the gigs.Where did you see those prices?.......if I don't score I may go down to the arena day of show and try my luck scalping or at the box office right before the show...worked for me in the past...... The Linguini Occurrence
Tickets prices are ridiculous, my god."The Rolling Stones are charging $650 per ticket! That just makes me speechless. I love the Stones, but I won't be attending." - Kid Rock

I couldn't just up and go to Newark during exams though.I've been looking at prices on eBay a bit, and they're already much more reasonable on there than last year. I've seen plenty of upper bowl seats for $200, and my upper bowl seats were over $400 with StubHub fees for Brooklyn...

James Bond
Little bit different but I got floor seats for Rush a few years ago the day of the show at under face value off eBay. It's worth checking at the last moments when the seller is desperate to sell.

axlslash
Kid is charging 20 bucks a ticket and doing everything to get those tickets straight into fans' hands. The man is taking a HUGE haircut on possible revenue to do that. He puts his money where is mouth is. The Stones put their mouths where their money is. Nothing against the dudes for filling the coffers while they can, but don't trash Kid for this. He's really doing it.

I don't think Streisand or the Eagles had sponsors. And there's nothing wrong with casino circuit bands, the sound systems are usually really good and have a good time at the shows, and stuff to do after the show's over. Sometimes going to an arena feels like a complete rip off.
gunsguy
Hope Sabbath tickets are not this crazy for prices, I would never pay that high a price for a couple hours entertainment

Black Sabbath
You have to get to the $85 tickets through their website. Probably still available, honestly, because the ways it's done and advertised is shit.I was able to get a pair of $85 dollar tickets for both Philly shows over 30 minutes after they went on sale. Black Sabbath
Sorry man I agree it was poorly done. Maybe I had better lucky because the tickets weren't sold through ticketmaster, they were through the venue website.Either way, I'm not expecting to get the surprise of being in GA whenever I get to the venue, but it would be amazing. If not, I just hope I don't get the shittest seats in the venue when I get there.
James Bond
Yeah the $85 thing was very poorly advertised. First I just went to Ticketmaster but there weren't any options until The Stones posted directed links on Facebook and then I realized all the $85 ticket links were on their website which I didn't even think to check. I remember their Facebook posting an hour after tickets went on sale for Toronto that there were still $85 tickets left at that point. Considering there was only 1000, it shows that people really didn't know where to go for it. I got mine right away so here's hoping my seats are great because of it! classicrawker
Yeah it was a half an hour before I was able to get into the Boston $85 ticket links. I just kept hitting that link button and it finally came up....I'm thinking they wanted to sell all the regularly priced seats before they offered the cheap seats?...would be nice to get decent seats but for $85 just happy to get into both show and keep my Stones tour streak going....... ZoSoRose
Maybe i can get a "cheap"upper bowl scaler to Chicago when it gets closer. Hopefully this isn't three last year they play if not...
Black Sabbath
So, the name on the account for the venue that I ordered my tickets through is in my mom's name, but the email is mine as well as the credit card info that the tickets were bought with, but we can't pick up the tickets without my mom being there. I was planning on her probably going to one of the two, but now it's kind of mandatory for her to go to both because of the way they have this set up. Fucking bullshit because now my dad can't go. Unbelievable.

Vincent Vega
I'd only pay $600 if Mick Taylor and Bill Wyman played the whole show, or at least Mick Taylor.I mean otherwise, what separates this tour from any post Bill Wyman tour, really, except that the Stones are just really old now?
