Vincent Vega
I don't even mean just the lyrics; I mean to me the overall sound of it is very bittersweet

Vincent Vega
Bittersweet ain't really a sound is it precious, its a feeling.Sad is a feeling and there's tons of sad songs. You can describe ANY feeling musically.
Guest Len B'stard
Bittersweet is a culinary metaphor thats been dragged into language, it's way too specific to be able to define musically in any kind of consensus sort of way. And no you can't describe ANY feeling musically, how do you musically describe constipation? How on earth can you musically represent bittersweet though, they are polar opposites, it's like saying "does this song sound raging angry but completely happy as well?" unless it's some sort of two part Day in the Life thing the questions sort of ridiculous. If you were just saying lyrics it might make sense but the "sound" of the song? What are you talking about man.. SR_GR
This song to me is more “Bittersweet” by Apocalytica: I think music can also have a kind of colour and virtual taste, maybe even a real taste for some.
