ToonGuns Posted September 7, 2013 Posted September 7, 2013 Anyone else think that sounds like Bucket playing at the end of that "Going Down" song - right at the end in the last 10 seconds, there's definitely some killswitch action. Quote

Gordon Comstock Posted September 16, 2013 Posted September 16, 2013 (edited) That sucks (or does it?). I've almost done that a couple times... Of the Pikes that I have now, I think #18 is my favorite. Edited September 16, 2013 by RickRoses Quote
Crash Diet Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 (edited) For those who want to listen the Pikes Series (but can't afford it), here's the complete listhttp://www.youtube.com/user/polipoli8?feature=watchAlso, just listened the newest PikeMan, the KFC head is still a talented/genius player Edited September 19, 2013 by Crash Diet Quote
Crash Diet Posted September 20, 2013 Posted September 20, 2013 Seems to me that buckethead save the memorable material for the last few pikes. awesomehttp://music.bucketheadpikes.com/album/halls-of-dimension Quote
username Posted September 26, 2013 Posted September 26, 2013 At the risk of upsetting a few Buckethead fans (again)... Yes, it's good. But don't you sometimes wish someone would turn these into complete songs with vocals and meaning and all. It's like these are roughly 15 cd's full of blueprints/basis for (great) songs. Quote
Gordon Comstock Posted September 26, 2013 Posted September 26, 2013 Worms For The Garden.... HOLY FUCK Pikes 26 is so good The title track is 18 and a half minutes of awesomeness I got about halfway through 3' Clearance, really diggin' it too.To answer Username, no, I don't want vocals on top of Buckets music. Vocals would only bring down the quality of his albums (see Enter The Chicken). I like instrumental music. 1 Quote
wfuckinga Posted September 27, 2013 Posted September 27, 2013 This guy just releases too much fucking music, I can't keep up.this thisThis. Quote
ThinkAboutYou Posted September 27, 2013 Posted September 27, 2013 I'm getting sometimes 1-2 pikes delivered a week haha Quote

If I were a fan I'd be horribly annoyed by it. On top of that, if someone wants to get into him and discovers he has 59 albums (not counting side projects, which would double the number) I'd just go do something else instead. Still funny how he's the opposite of Axl though... Edited September 27, 2013 by username Quote

Be horribly annoyed that one of your favorite artists is making so much music? It's not like you have to buy everything you can hear it all on youtube Quote

Judezki Posted September 27, 2013 Posted September 27, 2013 (edited) I haven't been following Buckethead's releases this year so I'm now listening to Worms for the Garden and this is absolutely amazing! Buckethead did it AGAIN, what an incredible talent this man is.. WOW!Last year I totally fell in love with Electric Sea, that's probably one of my favorite albums from Buckethead so far, I love his calming albums like that one.
