So, this begs the question. What would you the fans like to see as giveaways in the future? Obviously a limited edition t-shirt would be cool, autographed stuff maybe?

Get the shirt autographed by Axl and his employees, then maybe you'll stir up some excitement with some fanboys.

I really cannot fathom what kind of moron is coming up with these lame "prizes".

I won't say they are morons but I will say they are obviously out of touch with the fanbase and cannot be on any of these forums. It seems so disconnected to GNR and the fans in a time where we are very connected in other mediums.

Man, I remember being on the fence last year on whether to sign up. In some ways I feel bad for those who did pay. I also feel bad for the guy who's responsible for this site. He must deal with a lot of shit from members who are rightfully pissed that they've gotten nothing for their money.

Maybe I'm missing something, but has the membership yielded any kind of return (other than a second t-shirt and "exclusive" pictures)? Do band members post in the forum? Is there many people who post in the forum anymore? I've noticed a significant decrease in Axl nutswingers around here, perhaps they've all migrated over there?

You've got to love the fact that they launch this pay-per-play membership forum and then a few months afterward launch that free paradisecity.com portal (or whatever it is). Way to fuck over your most loyal fans. I wonder if Axl has any idea as to how his organization is being managed? Do you think he has any clue or is it a "fuck it, I'm getting old and I want to shore up my Ferrari account" kind of situation?

some of us bought the live stream and got a free short term membership for free along with that, I got to go and check it out. I was following along to see if it was worth the price of admission. even some nutswingers have said it was a waste of money.
