How good would it be to have a Brain + Evader collaboration where they remix CD, it would be epic!

With the master's permission, here are a collection of mixes by the great Evader.

This is Evader's link to his Blood In The Water Instrumental

for personal reasons I appended E's silkworms and BITW instrumental to my collection of CD Demos, which is why they're not tagged along with the album of his other mixes. I am happy to share my collection, but not too sure on the rules on CD demos these days.

the opening verse is money

'blood in the water' broken glass and cigarettes'

blood in the water ' writing on the wall''

it almost fits better then the original verse in twat

my favorite part is when Axl comes in at 1:38 'i would do anything for you' then it goes back into the BITW music

This pretty much sums up exactly where Axl has failed with Gn'R since the Illusions albums for me. Too much overproduction and sampling. Sometimes less is more and that is never more true than with music. I'm no slamming Evader's efforts at all. I respect the time and effort that went into it, but for me, this embodies everything I don't like about Gn'R. Too many songs on Chinese Democracy were over-layered, over sampled and over produced and would have sounded much better stripped back. It's the same issue Oasis had. They lost track of what made them good and spent too much time overproducing their albums. And I hope that Black Sabbath was kidding about Kanye West producing. Nothing would turn me off faster.
