axlslash
Hey Marc! Thanks so much for answering questions on here. So cool of you to do.I'm curious how you feel about the way the current band has been photographed? The combinations of band members, the angles, the styles? What do you think of Kat's work? recklessroad
From the live shots that I have seen, they look good.
T.wa.T
Wish the current band would do more publicity shots. Back in the day while climbing the ladder it was totally necessary to have photos taken, the more the better to get your band out there in the public eye. Once you make it, especially to GnR's level, you don't need as much, if any at all.I remember back in the late eighties Guns where in every rock magazine you could find, good times. DieselDaisy
I think Nugnr have only done one proper studio shoot (about 2 years ago)! And before that you have to go back to Robert John's shot for the UYI albums (1991). Axl just decided, somewhere in 1991, to never do band shoots. During the '80s the band did hundreds of them.
