In an episode of Brotherly Love;

Joe is talking to Louise the mechanic about tattoos and she said she thinks guys with them are hot and listed some examples of men with tattoos including Axl Rose...

In an episode of The Ferals

Joe King (what a name, Joe King, like Ben Dover)... Joe King sarcastically says

"And Guns N' Roses started out playing in churches."

Also, I think the set of the living room in this show had a Use Your Illusion I & II album cover poster thing, I think.

In Futurama Comics issue #38 US (#53 UK) 'Rumble in the Jungle'

The Planet Express crew crash land on a jungle like planet leaving a wandering Fry to say this to himself

"Getting around in a jungle is hard work."

"Guns N' Roses made it seem like it'd be fun and games!"

Frasier has an episode with the title 'Guns N Neuroses'

In the movie True Lies (1995) it is said that her parents/role models are Axl Rose and Madonna.

This is all I can think of right now.

How I Met Your Mother

Also from the series:

Barney: "If my words can't sway you, maybe the words of a poet will. I read from 'November Rain,' by W. Axl Rose."

Robin: ... "That is a good song though."

In another episode Barney parodies lyrics from "Paradise City" by stating, "Manatee City, where the grass ain't green and the girls ain't pretty."

Conan o'brien made some references to axl if I remember correctly

I believe that would be classified as non-fiction.

First Wives Club when Bette Midler's character was arguing with Goldie Hahn's about her drinking problem.

"Let's examine the evidence. (Pulls out trash.) All jugs and gallon bottles."

"I has guests."

"Who? Guns N Roses?!"

One of the kids in "The Middle" is named Axl and it is mentioned at some point that he was given that name cause his parents were listening to "Sweet Child O' Mine" when they conceived him. i never actually saw the episode where they mentioned that, i just kinda remember reading about it somewhere...

There are a few references to GNR playing in Stephen King's works. I know Stephen King is a GNR fan and I believe Axl said that The Stand was one of his favorite books. The one line I recall standing out was a character saying something like, "in a world where there's an asshole like Axl Rose, I guess that's possible." That was pretty funny, but I don't remember which book it came from.

kinda explains why GNR put a "Dark Tower" reference in the Don't Cry video.

Just been watching an episode of arrested development, in it tony wonder played by ben stiller says he is going to put gob and buster bleuth in his next dvd. Gob says you want us for use your illusion? Tony wonder then says well actually some band has the rights to that title, so I'm thinking like use your illusion 2.

Just remembered all of these for some reason:

Home Improvement

the father-in-law asks Tim Allen if he wants to go see the guns and knives show and Tim says "I thought you wanted to see Guns N' Roses."

George Lopez

Ernie walks in wearing ass-less chaps and bends over and George goes "ole, Axl Gross!"

How I Met Your Mother (Besides the three references already made above)

Ted learns that Zoe was arrested at a 2009 Gnr concert for lighting something on fire and she says it was because she hated Chinese Democracy

While I was zapping TV channels tonight, I heard SCOM being sung by a family in the ridiculously awful movie called "Step Brothers".

And this is not a mention but in Warm Bodies 2013, you can hear Patience as background and the AFD vinyl being shown at some point in the movie.
