Looking for info on The Garden - need the historians on this

This one is for the die hard historians. Maybe SoulMonster or someone else might know this info or be interested in finding it out:

Aside from the official UYI 1, WalMart UYI compilation, and Welcome To The Videos; can anybody provide some official verification on the releases of The Garden?

It has a video but how was that video released? It could not have been just sent on a standard tape to MTV with no release info or images of the tape. I know it existed around mid-1994 because I have a MuchMusic Spotlight recorded from then with it on it.

I looked into the Garden Of Eden video single released in 1993 but it looks like the tracklisting on that is Garden of Eden, Dead Horse and Yesterdays (live 92'). (EDIT 1: it was not on the Garden of Eden video single: https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-ftHJ41B-0RE/TbFG2OOqHNI/AAAAAAAAAQc/tZocRLoUyr0/s0/Garden%252520of%252520Eden%252520VHS%252520Promo.jpg )

I could find no documentation/verification or even cover art of it being released as a "single" apart from wikipedia (which has no verification that it was actually a single).

I could find no documentation/verification or even cover art of it being released as a "radio promo".

Any actual evidence of any form of release would be great.

EDIT 2: Judging from how Axl, Duff, Matt and Gilby look, some of the exterior shots with the members were filmed in 1993 while on tour. It is also the B-side to the Estranged single. One theory I have is that it was sent out with the Estranged promo video in 1994 to music video stations. For that, we'd need to know what was on the Estranged promo vids. Or, if we can get an image of the VHS tape with only the Garden on it with the memorandum.

It was just a stand alone video. Bands sometimes do this, release videos without singles. I think it was just something to give Del James something to do.

GN'R released several videos that were not issued as singles. In those instances the song was at least sent to radio stations as a promo record. This appears to really just be a Del James thing. Even then, I still can't find any documentation of even its "video promo" status (a release date, a scan of the white label VHS tape, etc.). I know it was sent out to video stations well before Welcome To The Videos so there has to be something.
