Are we heading into another big hiatus?

Since 2009, always when legs of the tours are done, there have already been lots of rumors regarding future dates. But this time, instead, once the Canadian run was over, the brazilian leg was cancelled before it was even announced. No one knows what is gonna happen and all the band members are on different pages. Guns N' Roses released a statement on Facebook saying there are no plans of releasing a new album, a DVD or not even playing concerts.

Are we heading into a new hiatus like 2002-2006 and 2007-2010?

I think after touring for over 3 years, Axl deserves a nice long vacation.

Maybe he'll get inspired by something and want to write new music.

All I've heard so far from Ashba and Bumblefoot is how they have some music and they will record. Meanwhile, these guys are doing stuff with other bands and Ashba has just written a new cd for Sixx AM, so where is this so called new music.

I don't believe any of them unless Axl says there is new music.

Axl has said, maybe down the line, but he seems to be okay with touring with doing the hits and more songs from CD. Can't blame him since no radio stations ever played anything from CD and there weren't any videos.

You can't blame bands for not doing videos anymore. There are no video channels who actually play videos. I've seen new videos from bands I've liked, on youtube, but that's it.

say IT LOUD AND SAY IT PROUD PEOPLE! GNR has been on hiatus since 1993 and this little experiment that Axl has going on needs to jjjjjuust ffade away(the who-"my generation" good song go listen to it.) wait it already has faded away.

I agree with the post that said he probably only has about 2 tours left in him. I can't really imagine him singing in this voice past 55. I just think it'll be way too hard. And I'm really hoping, if these tours are limited, even though I know it won't happen, that one of these tours is a reunion. Its really just not fair for Axl not to accommodate. It'd be one thing if his sets barely included any pre 2000 songs, but they don't.
