The classic lineup assigned to Geffen Records in 1986, consisted of vocalist Axl Rose, lead guitarist Slash, rhythm guitarist Izzy Stradlin, bassist Duff McKagan, and drummer Steven Adler. The band released about six studio albums, accumulating sales of more than 150 million records worldwide including shipments of 45 million in the United States! Making them one of the world’s best selling bands of all time.However Slash and Duff popularly known as Saul Hudson and Michael McKagan have accused Rose for his arrogance and ego. The legal action claims that the singer is no longer willing to acknowledge the contributions of his former partners. But Rose's lawyer said he only asked for his portion of royalties and a clerical error led to the overpayment. Hudson and McKagan, now part of rock band Velvet Revolver, say Rose has made around $500,000 which is a huge profit from their shares of the revenues they receive every year. They claimed Rose was responsible for instructing the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers to send all royalties to his publishing company, bypassing the other band members. But Rose's lawyer Howard Weitzman said his client was overpaid by the society and that he had returned the extra funds to the organization. In a separate action filed last year, Hudson and McKagan accused Rose of wrongly claiming ownership over the group's assets and blocking them from licensing the band's recordings to film producers. That action is still pending. Rose is the only member of the band allowed to perform under the Guns N' Roses name. Ever since then little has been heard from the band. Probably got settled inside the lawyers office.

Your sarcasm is always good for a laugh.For those of you who don't understand volcano's sense of humor.............Axl is so well known for suing people that when somebody else sues him - especially somebody that Axl hates, Volcano posts something that any logical thinking person would say about Axl, towards the other person. Or more to the point of reality and truth got sick and tired of being cockblocked by Axl and his devious schemes to control all the GNR enterprises...and after the royal buttfucking that Axl layed on them I could understand why they would be butt hurt.
