If so, To what extent was he hurt by them? Did it cause any friction between him and Axl, or among any other band members at the time? What did you make of it?I personally see it as a very honest account of Axl's previous experiences. I think Slash may have been a bit upset but Axl also calls himself a small town white boy. So everyone gets a dig in the song if you can only see it that way.
